We have six fully-equipped production workshops (metal processing, welding and grinding, surface treatment, glass making, finished product assembly, and packaging quality inspection), staffed with a team of over 120 experienced technicians and engineers. Our factory is equipped with advanced production lines including laser cutting machines, CNC lathes, automatic welding equipment, metal drawing and polishing lines, temperature-controlled paint booths, and glass blowing stations, ensuring precise and consistent craftsmanship for every lighting fixture.

Our annual production capacity reaches over 80,000 sets of lighting fixtures, enabling us to reliably supply large-scale hotel projects, villa complex projects, and customized commercial space projects. With over 15 years of production experience, we have established a comprehensive quality control system encompassing IQC, IPQC ), and FQC. Our standard production cycle is 25–45 days (depending on the complexity of the customization), and we can provide flexible scheduling support for urgent projects.
